All You Need To Know.
What's Included?
• 6 Days – 5 nights’ accommodations in our lakefront home.
• Transportation to & from the airport and to all ride day activities.
• A full suspension enduro bike is provided, serviced and ready to ride. (Don’t worry about a thing)
• Continental breakfast and ride day lunch + water & soft drinks.
• A couple of kayaks and paddle boards are available to use and enjoy at the lake (No extra charge or rental fee needed.)
What's NOT Included?
• Dinner & adult beverages not included:
You are responsible for your own dinners and alcoholic beverages, these are not included in the package, However, we will provide plenty of water and soft drinks for lunch and a post ride beer. We can also accommodate a ride to the grocery store on day one of the tour so you can shop for your favorite snacks and drinks.
You'll have access to an outdoor grill in case you feel like exploring your grill master skills.
We’re also located in the middle of a HUGE selection of 300+ local restaurants through UBER EATS, that can deliver your dinner to the house.
• International/Domestic Airfare:
All airfare is 100% your full responsibility.
We ask our guests to arrive mid-day on Sunday to have time to get you all set up with your bike.
• Tickets to any amenities, events or tourist attractions outside our tour.
You are fully responsible to book and purchase any tickets needed for your entertainment on your day off.
What are the rates of your tour?
The price of the full tour is $2500 U.S. Dollars + Taxes per guest. (Toyal of $2,750)
Requirements:
• Trip Insurance:
Life happens and to have that peace of mind and fully enjoy your trip, traveler’s insurance is required for all riders in our tours. Proof of policy is needed prior to the first ride. We highly recommend you to get your travelers insurance through World Nomads, is affordable trip insurance that covers all the unexpected shenanigans that can happen in your mountain bike trip. • No beginners please!
You must be at least an intermediate level rider to do our tours. This is a mountain bike trip, even though 3 out of 4 riding days are shuttle days, the one day at Tiger you need to be able to pedal / climb your way up on your enduro bike all the way to the top. (about 2000 ft.)
• Be respectful:
Keep in mind that you are staying in our home and sharing the space with us (The Rev and myself) + 3 other guests, even though we are all about making this the RADest experience, we ask all guests to be respectful with the other guests, to us and to the property itself.
What to bring with you.
As far as equipment goes, all you’ll need is everything you need to put on your body:
• Helmet.
• Gloves
• Knee & elbow pads
• Armor
• Shawn really recommends you to bring your grips and your favorite pedals. This will help you to feel the bike a bit more comfortable and familiar. We’ll get your bike all set up before the first ride.
We'll be monitoring the weather and let you know in advance if any rain gear will be needed....it is Seattle after all!! ;)

Camcellation Policy
We understand that life happens and specially with the uncertainty of times we are living in, a sudden change of plans can occur.
• For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 60 days before your tour starting date.
• Any cancellation within 40 to 30 days from your tour date will be subject to 20% as rebooking fee.
• Any cancellations within 30 days from the starting date of your tour is NON refundable. (However, If we end up filling your spot within those 30 days, we’ll refund 80% of your trip. We’ll keep 20% as rebooking fee.)
• Or if desired, we can change your tour for a later date if available at no extra charge if done 40 days before your original tour date.
Would you give me a discount if I bring my own bike?
The simple answer is ”NO”
You are more than welcome to bring your own bike, but there won’t be a discount from our part.
We are providing a top-notch full suspension enduro bikes for each rider, this is included in the package so you don’t have to struggle with bringing yours or pay an additional $500 rental fee for the week you’ll need it.
Will you accomodate dietary restrictions?
ABSOLUTELY!! We'll make sure we know of any preference you might have due to allergies or specific lifestyle choice diets.
Is there an age limit to do your tours?
No, BUT all minors need to be accompanied by an adult Who's also doing the tour.
